Ordering

Please choose your preferred product from our store and proceed to checkout. Once your payment has been accepted we'll email through your order receipt and notify you when the goods have been shipped.

Orders will be processed and shipped out the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be handled on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays

Delivery

UK Deliveries will be executed by Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked Service. We can forward tracking reference if requested.

Royal Mail has specific postcode exclusions for various services, mainly in the Highlands and Islands including postcodes such as AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE, as well as parts of DD, DG, FK, KA, KY, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR

If your postcode falls in this list please check with Royal Mail and select Scottish Highlands from the Delivery option if required
